1.         Flow Chart -  in English and Chinese

工藝流程(中英文版本)。

2.       A full ingredient list for all products manufactured in the plant along with the supplier name(s).

所有在工廠製造產品的完整原料清單，包括供應商的名稱。(中英文版本)

3.       Kosher Certificates for the raw material; please make sure these are current.

原材料的Kosher證書(如果有請提供)，確保是在有效期內的。

4.       A copy of the company brochure.

5.       Please note that the inspecting Rabbi will require the assistance of an interpreter for the inspection. 

請為來檢驗的牧師，準備一位會英語口語去協助全程翻譯。

6.       The inspecting Rabbi, where necessary, will require full access to all production facilities, raw materials warehouse and the finished products warehouse.

來檢驗的牧師，需能順利進入檢驗生產設備，原材料倉庫和成品倉庫。

7.       To further assist with a smooth inspection we request there be a member of staff present who is familiar with the technical details of production.

為使檢驗順利進行，需要有對生產設備和原料熟悉的技術人員在現場。

8.       It is unnecessary for the plant to prepare the meal for Rabbi.

因牧師只能食用水果和純水，故工廠不需要為其準備餐食。
