1979年台灣工業起步階段，協照工業股份有限公司在台中縣大雅鄉成立，主要生產塑膠及橡膠OIL SEAL製品 。 1985年擴大生產項目包含（汽車、機車、機械五金零件、園藝工具等之製造加工買賣。 1992年再次擴大生產有關汽機車零件、機械五金零件、園藝工具等製造加工買賣、關進出口貿易業務。
