SONCAP證書是管制產品在奈及利亞海關辦理通關手續的法定必備文書，缺少證書將造成管制產品通關遲延或被拒絕進入奈及利亞國內市場。
1、申請產品證書Product Certificate（簡稱PC）；
2、申請符合性證書Certificate of Conformity（簡稱SC）。
