背景：
當歐盟會員國或是ECHA提交確認物質是否為SVHC的技術檔案時，ECHA即會將此物質納入Registry of Intentions (RoI)清單中，清單的目的是為了讓關注此物質的組織了解相關處理時程，且能對讓稍後的公開徵詢活動準備意見書。
最新發展：
ECHA預計於2016年8月8日遞交下列物質的技術檔案，並且隨後公佈徵詢意見書的訊息，根據時程規劃，這些物質將可能於2016年12月列入SVHC清單中。
