歐洲化學總署(ECHA) 於2013年9月2日在網站上公佈第十批高關注物質（SVHC）候選清單提案物質。針對提案物質是否鑑定為SVHC候選清單化合物展開公眾咨詢，為期45天，利害關係人可在2013年10月17日前提出對這七項提案物質之評論。
