FCC美國聯邦通信SDoC認證計畫11月正式生效

FCC美國聯邦傳播委員會在去年11月2日給了一年的過渡期之後，現有的FCC DoC & VoC認證程式將被新的SDoC認證政策取代，SDoC計畫實施生效時間節點是2018年11月2日。

實施SDoC政策，按照官方說法是：FCC SDoC認證程式比原有程式更加簡化而清晰，FCC SDoC認證程式允許使用電子標籤並同時減少了繁瑣的進口聲明要求，可以為企業進一步減少FCC認證負擔。

哪些產品適用SDoC認證程式？

過渡期前做的FCC VoC和DoC還有效嗎 ?

過渡期前（2018年11月2日前）申請的FCC VoC、FCC DoC在產品沒有修改的情況下，無需重新申請FCC SDoC認證，仍被認可；若已申請FCC VoC、FCC DoC的產品做了更新或修改的，則需重新申請FCC SDoC認證。

FCC SDoC認證程式的符合聲明檔要求 ?

1．符合聲明的產品資訊，包括：產品名稱、型號；

2．FCC符合性警示語（警示語因產品不同有所差異，具體可諮詢森維）；

3．美國當地責任方資訊，包括：公司名稱、位址、聯繫電話及互聯網資訊等；

4．聲明檔單獨成頁，連同說明書隨產品一同出貨（按每產品隨附一份，非按批次）。

FCC SDoC認證程式是否需要測試？

申請FCC SDoC認證程式仍需取得測試報告，測試認證可不在FCC授權實驗室進行，仍按照原測試標準進行；申請Certification的測試認證仍需在FCC授權實驗室進行，實驗室若要對需要認證產品進行測試的需取得A2LA或NVLAP認可
