根據SASO RoHS技術法規原文(出處)，自2022年1月5日起，強制範圍內的產品於申請SABER PCoC時，會被要求提交RoHS相關文件以符合SASO RoHS的規範。
強制的產品範圍共分成下述六大類：
1. 家用電器設備 (Large and small home appliances)
2. 資訊與通訊技術設備 (Information and communication technology equipment)
3. 照明設備 (Lighting equipment)
4. 電氣電子工具和設備 (Electrical and electronic tools and equipment)
5. 遊戲、娛樂和運動器材(Games, entertainment devices, and sports equipment.)
6. 監控設備 (Monitoring and control tools.)
根據法規要求，被列管產品必須確保其材料不可含有超過以下限制要求的六種有害物質：
1. 鉛 (Lead) - 0.1%
2. 汞 (Mercury) - 0.1%
3. 鎘 (Cadmium) - 0.01%
4. 六價鉻 (Hexavalent chromium) - 0.1%
5. 多溴聯苯 (Polybrominated biphenyls) - 0.1%
6. 多溴聯苯醚 (Polybrominated biphenyls ethers) - 0.1%
